At present, Pingguo has put into operation 3 renewable aluminum production enterprises with a capacity of 900,000 tons, 4 renewable aluminum production enterprises under construction with a capacity of 2million tons, and 4 proposed projects with a capacity of 1.7 million tons in 2022.

In order to effectively enhance the momentum of development, Pingguo city implements mechanisms such as national investment promotion, business investment promotion, friends investment promotion, resident investment promotion, and industrial chain investment promotion, and strives to build a complete industrial chain of upstream waste aluminum recycling, midstream recycled aluminum production, and downstream aluminum alloy castings.

In order to effectively optimize the business environment, Pingguo city has studied and issued a series of industrial support policy documents and supporting policy details, such as the “Pingguo Aluminum deep processing industry support policy”, “Pingguo renewable resources industry support policy”, “Pingguo renewable resources tax and financial policy operation rules” and so on, giving strong support to the renewable aluminum industry in finance, taxation, land and other aspects to stimulate the vitality of industrial development.

In terms of service guarantee, Pingguo set up a special class of reclaimed aluminum Nanhai, which was dispatched to Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province to carry out “zero distance” docking services; Accelerate the construction of Pingguo industrial service complex, establish the approval service center of the industrial zone, continue to implement the mechanisms of “commitment approval + tolerance approval”, construction before inspection, and the integration of multiple reviews, smooth the “green channel” of approval, and create a “four most” industrial service platform with “the least process, the shortest time, the lowest cost, and the best service”; Strive for the indicators of project construction land. In the first quarter of 2022, it was approved to be 3705 mu, ranking first in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Coordinate and solve the problem of natural gas price. At present, the gas price is reduced by RMB0.3-0.5, and the production cost of renewable aluminum enterprises is reduced; Accelerate the implementation of support funds for the development of renewable aluminum, and complete the reward cashing for enterprises that meet the support and reward standards within 3 days. Since 2022, the cumulative reward and supplement of renewable aluminum funds has been 49.4721 million yuan; Set up the first industrial workers’ service center in Guangxi to solve the problems of “employment difficulties” of enterprises and “training difficulties” of workers; The new policy for Pingguo talents was introduced, urgently needed talents were introduced, 3 “Online + offline” special job fairs were held, and “order based” training was carried out according to the training needs of renewable aluminum profile manufacturers; Accelerate the construction of Pingguo bonded logistics center and recycled aluminum trading center projects, strengthen the docking with leading foreign import trade enterprises, and open up domestic and foreign raw material supply channels.

In addition, Pingguo takes the development of recycled aluminum as the top priority, implements the monthly evaluation and reward method of “10+2+n” special performance, establishes the supervision and examination mechanism of major projects such as “work implementation supervision sheet” and “red, blue and white flag”, regularly supervises and inspects the work of recycled aluminum projects, regularly reports the work progress of each special task force, and plays the role of cadre management systems such as fault tolerance and correction, pre dismissal, etc, Encourage leading cadres and officers to start businesses and act in a multi pronged manner, speed up the solution to the problems of “difficult to promote” and “slow to promote” projects, and promote the implementation of renewable aluminum projects to achieve good results and full production.
