Aluminum profile has a wide range of applications, but due to its different alloy composition, it will be difficult to control the finishing in the process of extrusion, thus will cause the dulness, through research the brightness of aluminum profile products can be improved in three aspects:
1. Alloy composition ratio of material: increase the content of chemical elements copper and magnesium, the recommended ratio is: Si0.55-0.65, Fe<0.17, Cu0.3-0.35, Mg1.0-1.1.
2. Control the extrusion process and improve the temperature of the extrusion outlet of the aluminum profile. It is recommended that the temperature of the aluminum rod be 510-530℃ and the temperature of the outlet be 530-550℃.
3. Change the pretreatment process of dyeing anodic oxidation, only pickling oil for aluminum profiles, not alkali corrosion.
Remark:
Aluminum profile coating is now generally powder coating and paint coating.
For a light and shiny effect:
1. Use a good spray gun, and the more the number of powder spraying muzzle, the greater the fog is the better (uniform ejection effect)
2. High gloss (gloss 95 and above) powder (color optional) or paint with good fluorocarbon paint
