1. Executive standard of building aluminum profiles: GB/t5237-2017 is the general executive standard, GB represents the national standard, and T represents the recommendation. GB5237.1, gb5237.2, etc. are specific executive standards for different surface treatments. Gb5237.3-2017 is the executive standard of electrophoretic coating architectural aluminum profiles.
2. Executive standard of general industrial aluminum profiles: GB/t6892-2016, this standard is applicable to the executive standard of aluminum alloy extruded profiles other than architectural curtain wall aluminum profiles, civil and decorative aluminum profiles. The executive standard of general industrial aluminum profiles is not as strict as architectural aluminum profiles. 3. Executive standard of non architectural aluminum alloy decorative profiles: GB/t26014-2010. This standard is applicable to decorative hot extruded profiles, with high requirements for surface quality and low requirements for mechanical properties and geometric tolerances.
4. Dimensional deviation of aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles: GB/t14846-2014 is another executive standard of industrial aluminum profiles, but this standard only controls the overall dimensions of aluminum profiles, and other requirements are in accordance with GB/t6892-2016. Therefore, this implementation standard is less used.
Of course, in addition to national standards, there are some foreign executive standards. European Union EN12020-26060 and 6063 aluminum and aluminum alloy precision profiles Part 2: allowable deviations of dimensions and shapes, EN755-2 aluminum and aluminum alloy bars, tubes and profiles – mechanical properties, American ANSI h35.2 American aluminum material dimensional deviation standard and Japanese JIS h4100 aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded profiles are applicable to export profiles.
